Consensus Democracy is a form of pure democracy, (advocated by communists and anarchists) that advocates for the replacement of the voting system with a consensus system in which each person gets to affiliate with a group and the group reaches a consensus. When that consensus is met then the people would elect a delegate. The delegate would then reach a consensus with other delegates based on the guidelines of the people. Anyone would be able to monitor the delegate whenever they like to make sure that they properly represent the guidelines given. If not, they will be replaced with another delegate and the meeting would start over. If so, either the consensus of the nation has been made or they'll elect one to be the delegate to move further up the ladder. This process is repeated until the national consensus is met.
